Alocasia scalprum is a truly stunning plant that is native only to the Philippines. This beautiful rare plant has sword shaped foliage that starts out bright green and waxy, then slowly transforms to a dark blue/green color with deep veining throughout the leaf.
Light requirements: Grows best with bright indirect light but can happily tolerate lower light conditions.
Water & Soil: Pot into a free draining soil blend that is suited to aroids, water frequently but with small amounts making sure that the soil is never waterlogged.
