We are always looking out for the quality of our plants and do our best to keep them Clean and Healthy, either purchased in-store or online.
We offer a 2 week period full refund or exchange after purchase *Original receipt or proof of purchase is required*
This policy will be voided if plants have been re-potted or external damaged such, (exposed to extreme cold or heat conditions, failed to water or dawning your plant)
